Introducing our exclusive Platinum Exchange program

Here's how it works:

Platinum Exchange can be best summarized as "If we can't fix it by phone, we'll replace it by a courier delivery service." Should you encounter a problem with your GCC printer while under the Platinum Exchange warranty, you call GCC's free technical support hot-line (1800-422-776). If we solve your problem on the telephone, great. If your printer requires a user installable spare part or software package, we'll ship it to you via a courier delivery service for next day delivery at no charge.
If the problem can't be solved over the phone, or via the shipment of a user installable part or software package, we'll ship you a replacement printer via a courier delivery service at no charge. You simply return the original printer at our expense. That's it.
Platinum Exchange comes standard for the first year on all printers purchased directly from GCC. As an additional benefit to our customers, we also offer the option of extending your Platinum Exchange coverage to a full 3 years. Some limitations do apply.
