What to do in case of a defect ?

In case a problem occurs with your printer, we recommend the following procedures:

Should your printer prove to have a technical defect which cannot be resolved on the phone, it will need to be repaired by GCC or an authorized GCC service dealer.

Service rates are as follows,

Onsite service in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth (50Km radius)

$242 including GST. Additional costs if parts are required. Includes callout fee and 1 hour labour onsite.

Inhouse service in Melbourne

$132 inc GST per hour. Additional costs if parts are required. (Does not include pickup or delivery)
