Elite XL Laserwriter 7.1.2 Driver -
For use with older MacOS versions (pre-System 7.5). For newer versions,
we recommend using the standard Laserwriter 8 driver on the Mac
system with the PPD file from the Elite XL Application Files archive
installed. See the Application Files ReadMe file for details. |

GCC OS X PPD Installer - Will install
PPD files for all common GCC PostScript printers into Mac OS X.
The installer is designed to work with Mac OS X. To install PPDs
and fonts on earlier systems, please use the CD-ROM installer that
came with your printer. Note: Printing with OS X native applications

Peer-to-Peer LPR for Windows 95/98/ME
- GCC's Peer-to-Peer LPR Printing software for Windows 95, 98, and
ME. This software will allow users of Windows 95, 98, or ME to connect
to GCC's Elite XL 20 Series, Elite 12 Series (running ROM version
3.2 or higher) and Elite XL 616/808/1208/1208PM printers (running
ROM version 2.94, 3.02, or later) via a direct TCP/IP Ethernet connection.

configuring this software. |

filters.tar.Z (9/20/1995) - Contains
source code for "filter" programs that can be used with
the Berkeley Unix print spooler, lpd, to send print jobs to the
Elite XL across a TCP/IP network. You don't need the filters if
you don't intend to print from a Unix machine, or if you will print
from Unix by forwarding jobs to the printer's internal lpd (this
requires connecting a SCSI disk to the Elite XL.) |
