in addition to the 12 month manufacturers warranty against faulty workmanship and defects, GCC provides an additional 12 month Platinum product exchange coverage should a problem or defect arise which cannot be resolved on the phone or by shipment of an exchange part. In this case, GCC will send you an exchange printer within 24 hours after notification, thus ensuring that you can continue printing with a minimum of delay.

Color Calibration Service
To meet the demands of those users who require a maximum in colour reproduction quality, GCC offers a unique Color Calibration Service for all owners of the Elite Color 16 DN. Color Calibrations are an important part of professional colour management. It is recommended that they be done at monthly intervals in order to assure consistent colour output quality.

GCC´s Colour Calibration Service provides the enduser with an ICC (international Colour Consortium) compliant colour profile. This service is both reliable and easy to use. All the user has to do is send GCC a colour reference file, which is the basis for generating a calibrated profile based on the inherent colour space of the users Elite Color 16DN printer. This profile is then e-mailed back to the customer, who than installs it in his respective colour management system.
